Your tasks

In your role as head fitter, you are the boss on the construction site and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your tasks include:

• • Exciting B2B projects: Management of challenging medium and large-scale projects in the commercial and municipal environment (e.g. industry, mechanical engineering – no private customer business!).

  • Leadership & practice: Professional leadership, coordination and motivation of your assembly team on site as well as active participation in complex installation and assembly work.

  • Digital organization: Independent material procurement, monitoring of construction progress and documentation.

  • Quality & safety: Ensuring our high quality standards and strict compliance with all safety regulations.

  • Communication: You are the competent contact person on the construction site and work closely with customers, other trades, suppliers and our internal departments.

Your profile

Qualification

• Completed training in the field of electrical engineering (e.g. electronics technician for energy and building technology)
• Qualification as a fitter or sound professional experience in the assembly and installation of electrical systems
• Ideally initial experience in team management and construction site organization (or the motivation to take this step now!)
• Valid class B driver’s license (class BE desirable)

Requirements

• Ability to work in a team, reliability and a sense of responsibility

• Experience in team leadership and project management (desirable)

• Good knowledge of materials and strong organizational skills
